How Home Staging Works

Each Package is for staging and de-staging vacant properties. We work with homeowners, builders, and realtors. 

Each package is for 60 days. At the end of the 60-days our client has the option to continue renting at 10% of the cost of their package for another 30 days.

Can I negotiate home staging pricing with staging companies?

Yes. Most physical staging companies have flexibility, especially for agents who bring repeat business. Ask about volume discounts for multiple listings, shorter rental periods, and partial staging options. For virtual staging platforms with per-listing pricing, team and brokerage plans typically offer significant per-listing discounts.

Is it worth paying for staging on a lower-priced listing?

Data says yes. Staging reduces days on market across all price points. But the type of staging should match the listing. A $200K home doesn't need $4,000 in physical staging — that's nearly a third of a typical commission.
